0230-day refund
If SHMEL is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first invoice and we refund that invoice in full. No reason is needed.
03Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. The subscription ends at the close of the current billing month and you are not charged again. Months already paid for, other than the first invoice above, are not refunded.
04Advertising spend
Ad spend is billed to you directly by the ad platform, such as Meta or Google, not by SHMEL. We do not mark it up and cannot refund it. Ask the platform about any ad charge.
05How to ask for a refund
Email hello@shmel.ai with the subject “Refund request”, the clinic’s name and the invoice number.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
06Your data after cancelling
For 30 days after the subscription ends you can export your compliance records, campaign assets and connected-system data. After that we delete them, as described on the data deletion page.
